SUMMARY:Yogis Take The Park - New Freedom\, PA
DESCRIPTION:Yogi’s Take the Park was created to bring more attention to the wonderful yoga community in Southern York County\, Pa. Our area has many yoga studios and yoga teachers spread throughout.  We are on our 5th year of providing a totally free festival full of yoga\, music\, vendors\, activities for all ages and fun! This year we will be trying for 100% zero waste! \nIn addition to 5 hours of yoga (spread out in 30 minute increments) there will also be 4 bands playing music and a closing drum circle. This year we are once again bringing Kirtan back with John Terlazzo! \nWe are looking forward to the new addition of all Day Aerial Yoga classes with Imagine Your Yoga’s Staci being held in 30 minute increments from 10:30 am to 1:45 pm!  We also welcome an ALL DAY ACRO YOGA JAM! \nDue to popular demand we will have the amazing Marcy with her Hula Hoop Yoga teaching throughout the day to our wonderful local musical acts! \nOur kids section will be geared to recycled art projects\, 30 minute yoga classes at the top of the hour from 10-1 and Macaroni Kids supplying games and crafts for all children! \nAll of the teachers\, performers\, bands and volunteers are working together\, for free\, to create a place of unity for their community. We also will be offering vendors spaces to those who wish to share their creations and merchandise to the attendees. In the end\, the great goal of this event is to bring people together to share a practice\, share a dance\, learn something new\, make a friend\, connect with old friends\, enjoy something ancient and create a wonderful vibrant energy to carry with them throughout the day\, throughout the year\, throughout the world. \n
